Silver Rainbow

For older lesbians and
gay men in Croydon

Silver Rainbow is a friendly group of older gay people living in and around Croydon, who meet for lunch twice a month on Wednesdays and Thursdays (see the Diary for current dates) from 12 noon to 2:30.

Lunch at the Waterside Centre

The WatersideOnce a month on a Wednesday we have a cooked lunch, provided by UNACC (Upper Norwood Association for Community Care) at the  Waterside Centre beside South Norwood Lake — see Directions. The two-course lunch now costs £6 (tea or coffee extra) and needs to be ordered the day before.

Other venues

Once a month on a Thursday we go out for healthy meals at a variety of inexpensive local lunchtime venues, originally in partnership with Age UK Croydon, whose "Fit as a Fiddle" programme taught us about healthy diet and lifestyle choices. See where we're going next and where we've been already.
